Reset. Rewire. Rejuvenate – The Gut Makeover (National Initiative – FLO Kavach)

FLO Vadodara, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Shivani P. Patel, hosted an enlightening session on Gut Health with renowned Ayurvedic health coach and author, Dimple Jangda. She explained the vital role of the gut as the “second brain” of the body, influencing not only digestion but also immunity, skin, and mental well-being.

Drawing from Ayurvedic principles, she highlighted how balancing one’s doshas, improving digestion, and adopting mindful eating habits can transform overall health. Members deeply appreciated the session, finding the insights both practical and empowering. The session promoted holistic well-being through the wisdom of Ayurveda as part of the National Initiative FLO Kavach.

Dimple shared easy kitchen remedies, food habits, and mindful lifestyle practices that members felt they could readily adopt. The talk sparked curiosity and connection, leading to a lively and engaging Q&A session where participants shared personal challenges around bloating, acidity, stress, and immunity.

To make the interaction even more exciting, she gifted five signed copies of her book to members who provided the quickest and most accurate answers during the Q&A. This added an element of fun, learning, and motivation to the discussion. The energy in the room reflected how well the session was received.

The program concluded on a note of gratitude, with FLO Vadodara members feeling inspired to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom into their daily routines for better gut health and holistic wellbeing.
Adding to the day’s significance, FLO Vadodara also unveiled its first newsletter of FY 2025–2026, “The Empowered”. Around 188 attendees participated in this informative Gut Health session and received helpful tips to stay healthy.
