YFLO Ahmedabad, under the leadership of Chairperson Neha Goyal, created history by hosting a successful first Garba celebration program at Shreeshakti Convention Hall in collaboration with Social Tassels and FLO Ahmedabad. It was the first-ever partnership for YFLO Ahmedaad that will be remembered for years. What a night of colour, devotion, and pure joy. The garba program was based on the theme of Sindoori, the hues of strength, tradition, and shakti.
The evening opened with a soul-stirring Aarti led by gracious host, Ami Modi. As the conch sounded and diyas glowed, the hall transformed into a vibrant temple of dance, reminding everybody that Navratri is as much about inner strength as it is about celebration. The music, the rhythm, and the unbreakable circle of Garba became a symbol of unity—women and men, young and old, all were moving together in devotion to Maa Shakti.
The dress code for the attendees was Sindoori Shades of Red. More than 500 guests joined the revelry, with over 200 YFLO members twirling in stunning sindoori hues. Beyond the dance floor, the night was a chance to pause and reconnect. Laughter, shared prasad, and heartfelt conversations gave everyone a sense of winding down while staying rooted in culture.
It was a reminder that YFLO is not just a network but a family, bound by tradition and the spirit of giving. Also, the event was inspired by Shakti Ma and Operation Sindoor. From the dazzling décor to the joyful beats, the September Garba was more than an event; it was an offering of gratitude, a tribute to the divine feminine, and a celebration of togetherness. Here’s to many more such soulful evenings where culture, friendship, and faith unite everyone.
